Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead and supervise team members, providing training, coaching, and development to foster a high-performing team
- Handle Toast POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Support customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled hospitality team aligned with company standards

- Proven experience in restaurant management with strong supervisory skills
- Excellent team management abilities with experience in staff training, development, and performance evaluation
