Role Overview
We’re seeking an experiencedPhysician or Nurse Practitionerto join Confidential (Registered Users Only)’ PC group and provide direct patient care via telehealth.
In this role, you’ll conduct virtual evaluations, review patient health data, and determine appropriate treatment plans based on your independent clinical judgment. You’ll work closely with Confidential (Registered Users Only)’ care coordination and operations teams to ensure patients receive safe, compliant, and evidence-based care.
This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling telehealth organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conductvirtual patient consultations(synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable)
Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatmentwhen clinically appropriate, in accordance with state and federal regulations
Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and adjustments as needed
Document all encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and outcomes
Maintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards
Serve as an active clinical member of Confidential (Registered Users Only)’ PC group
Qualifications
Physicians
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Board-certified inFamily MedicineorInternal Medicine
Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states
Nurse Practitioners
Active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority
Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
Meets state requirements for telehealth practice
For All Candidates
Minimum of 15 active, unrestricted U.S. state licenses required (30+ strongly preferred).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with the ability to conduct patient consultations, explain treatment plans, and communicate medical information fluently in both languages.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care to English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
