What You'll Do
As a Sales Advocate, you'll serve as the face of Cricket Wireless by delivering outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection options
Educate customers on products, promotions, and wireless solutions
Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Promote add-on products and services to maximize customer value
Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
Stay informed on new products, promotions, and company policies

Preferred Qualifications
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
Wireless industry experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Weekend availability required
