* 20-30 hours weekly (Part-Time) includes paid holiday, vacation, and sick time off.
* If you are looking for Full-Time (35-40 hours weekly) we are open to that as well.
Job Description:
Facilitate an individual’s independence, individualization, inclusion and productivity (otherwise known as the 3 IP’s)
Complete daily checklists and monthly summaries based on the valued outcomes on the Day Habilitation Plan
Support and advocate for all individual’s within the community
Create meaningful activities for individuals within their community based on their personal goals
Performs all other duties as assigned
