Confidential (Registered Users Only) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Developer Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team, you will play a crucial link between Confidential (Registered Users Only) and its developer community. You will:
- Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
- Manage communication between Confidential (Registered Users Only) staff and creators.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Dedicate 40 hours per week with a working schedule from Saturday to Wednesday plus on-call availability throughout the week
You have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude.
- Capable of managing time effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Confidential (Registered Users Only) and the Confidential (Registered Users Only) community.
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Confidential (Registered Users Only) Studio.
- Experience developing on Confidential (Registered Users Only) and/or other creation platforms.
