Confidential (Registered Users Only) is seeking a part-time DSP to join our onsite team in Bismarck, ND.
Position Summary
As a DSP (Direct Support Professional), you will play a meaningful role in supporting individuals to live more independently and reach their personal goals. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and committed to respectful, person-centered care.
You will help ensure daily routines run smoothly while providing active support, encouragement, and skill-building opportunities in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in their day-to-day activities and routines
Assist with skill development related to daily living, communication, and independence
Support implementation of individualized plans and document progress as required
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Ability to reliably work part-time onsite in Bismarck, ND
Experience supporting others in a caregiving, service, or direct support role (preferred) or strong transferable experience
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a respectful approach to working with diverse individuals
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate, timely documentation
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services
Training or experience related to behavior support, de-escalation, or crisis prevention
Familiarity with documentation practices in a support setting
Comfort supporting individuals in community or routine-based activities
Compensation
Hourly rate: $18.00 - $19.00
