About the team
Our professional services team combines payments and financial expertise with experience integrating Confidential (Registered Users Only) technology in thousands of projects. We help our customers create marketplaces, launch subscription businesses, expand globally, and more. This team provides critical implementation and post-launch services to help Confidential (Registered Users Only) users maximize long-term value, quickly and confidently.
What you’ll do
Our Engagement Managers lead complex and multi-faceted project teams that accelerate implementations and drive meaningful growth and innovation on the Confidential (Registered Users Only) platform. As an Engagement Manager at Confidential (Registered Users Only), you will lead enterprises to become long-term Confidential (Registered Users Only) users and advocates of our products and solutions.
Confidential (Registered Users Only) Professional Services provides a rapid path to success and ongoing value for our users. Our Engagement Managers enable users and partners to integrate Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s solutions rapidly while delivering immediate impact and measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices, provide product adoption insights and help users achieve the maximum value from their Confidential (Registered Users Only) investment.
- Proactively manage the integration of Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s products into the user’s application/technical architecture, test and change management strategies and transformation timelines.
- Deliver program management expertise based on experience, continuous learning, and in-depth knowledge of Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s products and implementation best practices.
- Focus on the continuous improvement and enablement of the Confidential (Registered Users Only) Implementation Methodology and it’s associate tools, templates and processes
- Provide well-established program governance to manage requirements in line with the agreed scope and business objectives.
- Provide proactive risk assessment, prevention and mitigation plans and the efficient identification, tracking, and resolution of issues and decisions using established tools and templates with internal and user stakeholders.
- Proactively drive interlock between the user and Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s roadmap.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the implemented Confidential (Registered Users Only) capabilities into operation for the user, including knowledge transfer and the handover to Confidential (Registered Users Only) Support.
- Actively participate in a global community of practitioners to continually evolve and improve the way in which Confidential (Registered Users Only) leads and supports our Users through high impact and complex implementations of Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s payment infrastructure
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise level strategic users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a related field
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s largest users in a way which they will understand. Some may be deeply technical, others may be more business focussed, so you’ll need to talk to users in a language they can understand
- Proven program management skills and experience
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal processes and drive more efficient ways of working
- Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the user side to drive towards an agreed outcome
- Experience in working with or in complex enterprise organizational and decision making structures
- An ability to work collaboratively with and influence Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s product and engineering teams to advocate for our users and continuously shape the forward roadmap of Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s applications
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Enterprise Software company
- Industry certifications to ensure project success. Typical certifications include:
- Certified ScrumMaster
- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
- Prior experience in the payments industry
- A familiarity with the integration and testing of APIs
