We’re a local, family-owned donut shop that believes in growing together. We’re looking for someone ready to join our team and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ring up orders and process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Decorate donuts and prepare special icings/creams
- Make smoothies, coffees, refreshers, and teas
- Prepare breakfast items
- Keep the register area, kitchen, and store clean and organized
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory
- Handle delivery tablets (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
- Open and/or close the store
- Run occasional supply errands
- Train and support newer cashiers as needed
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage register duties independently
- Good time management — able to prioritize and stay on schedule
- Comfortable communicating in English (verbal and written)
- Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the shift
Schedule
- 4–6 days/week, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Exact hours vary by individual
Pay & Training
- Training pay: $7.25/hr — must pass an evaluation (materials provided at start of training)
- Once trained, pay increases to regular hourly rate
