Job Summary
We are hiring a Furnace Tender to support foundry operations by assisting with furnace operation, handling materials, and maintaining a safe work environment. No prior experience is required—freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with operating and monitoring melting furnaces.
- Load raw materials into furnaces following safety procedures.
- Help maintain proper furnace temperatures and production flow.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Support the foundry team with daily production tasks.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in a hot industrial/foundry environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
