Job Description:
We are looking to hire two full-time (25+ hours/week) Sales Representatives on Oahu to help share our teas at in store demos. Some of our accounts include: Costco, Sam's Club and local military bases. We want motivated individuals who can bring their enthusiastic personality to our team to help drive sales, while sharing our story and locally made teas with the community.
The opportunities don't stop there, for the right person, we can also offer work at local farmers markets as well as locally hosted events and holiday shows which pay commission on top of hourly wages. We are looking for applicants who are self motivated, friendly and excited to share our love of tea with customers. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
- Must have a dependable vehicle (not a shared vehicle) to allow you to get to and from events, with enough room to transport event items.
-Available to work on Weekends. Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We have two shifts available; a morning shift each day from between 6:30/8am finishing around 1:30pm, and an evening shift from 1pm until the event closes usually 6-9pm depending on the day and location.
- Self motivated, honest and trustworthy person, who is clean, organized and ready to work! - Can lift 35lbs.
- Has direct sales experience and/or is willing to learn sales. Meeting our sales goals each week is a big part of this job.
- Must have a food handler's card (If you do not already have one, we will provide the training to obtain one)
- Available to work 25-35 hrs./ week -Strong communication skills are a must.
Pay range:
-$25/hr.
-Commission is available for certain aspects of this job outside of in store demos
