Responsibilities
Prepare accurate federal and state individual tax returns.
Market and promote tax preparation services to attract new clients.
Build and maintain your own client relationships.
Gather and review clients' tax documents.
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and company standards.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the tax preparation process.
Qualifications
Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable networking and marketing to generate new clients.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Basic computer skills.
Previous tax preparation experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Compensation is 100%
commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your production and client growth.There is no cap on your earning potential.
