Our services include landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation install/service, delivery, paver patio installation, retaining wall installation, boulder wall installation, tree removal, and snow management.
Job Summary
Natures Edge Garden Center is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to assist with the day-to-day execution of our residential and commercial maintenance routes. This includes mowing, trimming, pruning, and other tasks to beautify our clients’ properties. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, with production incentives allowing team members to earn $23-$28/hour.
What You’ll Do
- Service residential and commercial properties under the direction of the Maintenance Team Leader
- Work outdoors in a physically active, team-based environment
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
- Adhere to safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Ability to problem-solve on the job
- Prior landscaping / construction experience preferred but not required
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive, dependable, can-do attitude
- Ability to obtain and maintain a MN DOT Health Card
