Confidential (Registered Users Only) is a busy, well-run neighborhood pizzeria near UCI. We’re looking for experienced cooks who know how to work clean, fast, and consistent in a high-volume environment.
This is not a training role. This is for cooks who already understand pace, prep discipline, and execution.
What This Role Is
- Preparing pizzas and kitchen items to exact specs and standards
- Managing your station during peak service without supervision
- Maintaining speed, accuracy, and cleanliness under pressure
- Supporting prep, restock, and kitchen organization
- Communicating clearly with front-of-house and other cooks
You’ll be expected to own your station, not just work it.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior kitchen or pizza experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knife skills and food safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Team-oriented, low-ego, solution-focused
- Able to work lunch,evenings and weekends (non-negotiable)
