We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. We provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral disorders.
As an RBT therapist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help our clients achieve their goals. You will work directly with clients and their families, providing individual therapy sessions.
Currently, the schedule for this client would be: Wednesdays from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM—for a total of 17 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.
- Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- CPR approved.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBA
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in their homes
- Collect data on customer progress and behavior.
- Communicate with families and team members about client progress.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress.
