SALES ASSOCIATE – OUTDOOR KIOSK | ORLANDO
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Sales Associates to join our team at our new OUTDOOR kiosk in Orlando.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable selling, approaching customers, and actively promoting our products. This is not a position for someone who prefers to stand behind the kiosk and wait for customers to approach.
We need someone who is energetic, responsible, dependable, and committed to keeping a job and becoming a reliable part of our team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous retail or sales experience REQUIRED.
- English and Spanish proficiency REQUIRED.
- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
- Comfortable calling out to customers and inviting them to try our products.
- Confident recommending products and helping customers make a purchase.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.
- Very responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Someone who takes their job seriously and is looking for stable, consistent employment.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather.
- Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming way.
- Approach customers and actively promote our desserts and products.
- Call out to customers and invite them to visit the kiosk and try our products.
- Recommend desserts and products based on customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer questions about our products.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Handle and balance the cash register.
- Restock products and maintain attractive displays.
- Assist with inventory and daily kiosk operations.
- Keep the kiosk and sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally.
SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS
- 25–30 hours per week.
- REQUIRED to work Saturday OR Sunday afternoons.
- Previous retail or sales experience REQUIRED.
- English and Spanish REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable with frequent customer interaction and active selling.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot weather.
PAID POSITION $15.00 hour
