As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Help customers understand the value of Confidential (Registered Users Only) during the sales process
- Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions
- Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects
- Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Confidential (Registered Users Only) can continuously add value
- Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You've Got It - We Want It
- Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
- Background of successfully selling deals to SLED customers
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
- Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL
- Prior Confidential (Registered Users Only) product experience. Even better if you have feedback!
- Experience working remotely with travel to support in-person meetings and events
- You reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Confidential (Registered Users Only) Corporate Bonus Program.
