- Sales/Marketing and Social Media experience required
- A positive outgoing self-starter, strong work ethic, good presence, and energy
- Responsible for all marketing operations and metrics to grow the business
- Build and develop relationships with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and title companies
- Have strong interpersonal skills, and persistence in marketing efforts
- Utilize numerous marketing campaigns, processes, and programs
- Are self-driven, eager, and passionate
- Background Check and driving record may be required
