The Role You'll Play
Help Confidential (Registered Users Only) turn social channels into places for real conversation. You’ll shape how we connect with business owners, share customer stories, and show up when people turn to AI tools for advice. Your work will support the businesses that help people move, feel, and live better.
- Shape the strategy and monthly content plan for Instagram (146K followers), LinkedIn (270K), and Facebook
- Brief our creative team and write platform-specific LinkedIn posts, Stories, comments, and replies that invite conversation
- Build relationships daily with studio owners, salon professionals, consultants, and creators, including those who don’t yet use Confidential (Registered Users Only)
- Lead our customer feature program, from finding compelling stories to securing customer approvals
- Guide a small team of Confidential (Registered Users Only) employees who answer questions on Reddit, contributing transparently as identified employees and respecting community norms
- Run a small influencer test, from finding creators and negotiating partnerships to managing deliverables and getting content live
- Partner with our AI search team to turn data into relevant topics and outreach opportunities
- Track engagement, sentiment, follower growth, and organic social leads, using insights to refine your approach
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Bring 4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in B2B or software for small businesses
- Show a track record of growing social accounts and sparking meaningful conversations
- Draw on experience partnering with influencers or creators, including negotiating agreements and managing deliverables
- Navigate Reddit with hands-on experience and respect for community expectations
- Adapt your writing voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit while keeping Confidential (Registered Users Only)’s voice consistent
- Use Sprout Social or similar tools to manage channels, interpret performance, and inform decisions
- Bring experience with AI search tools such as Peec, or a background in fitness, wellness, or beauty, as a bonus
