We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food products.
Skills
- Experience in food service or culinary settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory (Retail math).
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the restaurant industry.
