Description
Confidential (Registered Users Only) is seeking an experienced RN - PACU for a long-term travel assignment requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and 18 months of recent experience.
Details
- Outpatient Surgery Center unit within a hospital setting
- AM shift scheduled 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 5x8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break included in shift
- On-call responsibilities required
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of recent RN experience required
- CVOR RNs must have 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years at similar acuity with strong endovascular experience
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Active license copy required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide perianesthesia nursing care within a post-anesthesia care unit setting
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted unless the radius rule is waived
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
- Candidates may only be submitted to one open position at a time
