Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for water damage incidents, demonstrating readiness for on-call coverage.
- Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas to determine the extent of water, flood, or mold damage.
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools.
- Apply safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and following all safety guidelines during restoration activities.
- Execute cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards during job site visits.
Skills
- Strong emergency response readiness with the ability to act swiftly under pressure.
- Extensive experience in water damage restoration, flood recovery, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for extraction and cleaning tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during stressful situations.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while maintaining a clean driving record.
